We re looking for a Community Fundraising Manager to join our ambitious Public Fundraising team, this is an new role within our Individual Giving Team. You ll have experience inspiring fundraising groups, delivering mass in-aid of fundraising products, and motivating volunteers and individuals to fundraise on our behalf. You ll build strong internal and external relationships, use audience insight and sector trends to develop in-aid of fundraising initiatives and deliver an impactful suite of community-led products. You ll also have experience delivering in-memory products at scale and developing digital stewardship journeys and activations. In delivering the Community Fundraising programme, you ll bring expertise in digital marketing, strategic thinking, and mass audience engagement. You ll share our ambition to drive growth through fundraising products and activations, working closely with colleagues across the charity to maximise donor lifetime value. You ll be someone who can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to champion the role Public Fundraising plays. You ll enjoy monitoring donor trends, being data-led, and testing and learning across all Community Fundraising income streams. This role involves travel and overnight stays when required.
