This particular role is at our Bakkavor Salads site, based in Bourne and specialises in preparing fruit, leafy salads, and stir fry mixes. It employs over 1,200 people and is only 16 miles from Peterborough and 12 miles from Spalding.Accountabilities: Ownership of your area, incorporating all measures and KPIs to include HandS, Food Safety, People and Performance. Driving Creativity and innovation, reviewing existing processes and procedures to deliver efficient, effective and sustainable improvement. Ensuring we meet and exceed all HandS and Food Safety standards, directly intervening with safety walks, raising team awareness and engagement.
