You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology-enabled transformation across some of the UK’s most complex public and private sector organisations.This is a rare opportunity for a strategic leader to step into a high-impact role, with significant ownership across client delivery, sales, team leadership, and capability development.What You’ll Be DoingLead and deliver enterprise-scale AI and digital transformation engagementsShape and define digital and AI strategies that align with business objectivesDrive business development, leveraging your network to secure new opportunities (target: £500k+ personally attributable sales per year)Support the career development and coaching of junior and mid-level consultantsOperate across advisory, product, and delivery disciplines to solve complex transformation challengesContribute to internal propositions, thought leadership, and cross-sector go-to-market initiativesExperience RequiredYou’ll likely bring:15+ years of experience in consulting or complex tech-enabled transformationProven ability to operate at CxO level and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholdersA demonstrable track record of personal sales and business developmentDepth in at least two of the following areas:Digital and AI strategyAgile product leadershipData and AI deliveryEnterprise architecture and transformationCultural FitThis role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, low-ego, high-performance environment.
