Customer Relationship Operator - The Role: We are looking for someone to join our fast-growing Road Freight / Ocean Freight export departments as a Customer Relationship Operator. This varied role involves working closely with our customers to manage all aspects of their road and/or ocean exports. This ranges from issuing quotes, arranging shipments, managing the customs clearance process and everything else through to ensuring the customer receives their shipments on time.
