Key Responsibilities: Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons and activities that cater to the diverse needs of students within the unit. Provide one-to-one support to students who may require additional assistance, ensuring their unique learning needs are met. Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment by managing student behaviour effectively and fostering a supportive atmosphere. Work closely with teachers to plan and implement effective teaching strategies, adapting to the varied learning styles and abilities of students. Assist in the preparation and organisation of teaching materials, ensuring that resources are accessible and conducive to a productive learning environment. Regularly assess and report on student progress, collaborating with teachers to identify areas for improvement and implementing appropriate interventions.
