Electrical Manager Department: Operations Reporting to: Head of Operations Direct Reports: Electricians and electrical subcontractors Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday Location: Various locations throughout South Wales; Tredegar Head Office Remuneration: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Benefits: Company Van, Fuel Card, Tablet, 20 + 8 bank holidays, Pension, Training and Development THE ROLE The Electrical Manager will be responsible for the management, delivery and compliance of all electrical installations across Greenlands, including Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, traditional electrical works and associated services. The role involves overseeing electrical operations, working as the Quality Supervisor (QS) for the business, managing teams and subcontractors, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining NICEIC and MCS accreditation and supporting the wider business with technical expertise, tendering and project delivery.
