We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Support Worker to join an established children''s residential home in Workington, Cumbria. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience in children''s residential care who is passionate about making a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people. The home is a small 3-bed children''s home supporting children and young people with Learning Disabilities (LD) and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). The service is OFSTED regulated and committed to providing safe, nurturing and high-quality care. The Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting children and young people to feel safe, build confidence and develop their independence.
