Salary to £40k + OTE Company Car Pension Pension 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays National Sales Manager Key Essentials: As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and converting new business across food manufacturing, animal feed and packaging sectors Establish and manage a distributor network Handle the complete sales cycle from key account management and prospecting to customer demos and solution-based selling Work closely with the Sales Director and European Sales Managers Deliver full project management for plant automation solutions Identify cross-selling opportunities within the wider product range National Sales Manager Requirements: Proven experience in capital equipment sales, ideally within packaging or manufacturing Strong communication and relationship-building skills Solution-driven with good organisational abilities Competent in Microsoft Office packages Positive, proactive team player with a self-starting attitu
