Due to the nature of the support requirements, this is a fully office-based position in Stevenage.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and fulfil Windows-related customer requests, ensuring a high standard of service and timely delivery.Build, configure, and support Windows Server environments, primarily hosted on VMware infrastructure.Create and maintain build documentation, work instructions, and operational procedures.Support the deployment, installation, and racking of physical servers within customer data centres.Maintain and update gold build images.Perform Windows Server patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.Monitor and report on infrastructure capacity and service performance.Attend regular engineering meetings and provide updates on outstanding incidents, requests, and project activities.Investigate, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure and customer issues in line with agreed ..... full job details .....
