Role andamp; Responsibilities:

• Small group work, focusing on literacy andamp; numeracy intervention
• ALN support where required
• Assistance with planning andamp; preparation of lessons
• lead pre-planned lessons set by the teacher
• Supporting in-class delivery
• Maintaining an engaging and nurturing classroom environment

What We''re Looking For:

• Highly skilled and experienced HLTAs with an L4 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Enhanced DBS Check - Ensuring a safe and secure learning environment for all students is our top priority. This can be done with us at Supply Desk if not already in receipt.
• EWC Registration - A commitment to professionalism and excellence in education is essential.
