They are a true market leader in their field, working on high end projects in the utilities, critical infrastructure and process engineering sectors. What You''ll Do:Support financial aspects of the data centre project, ensuring it stays within budget and on scheduleManage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reportingCollaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project executionProvide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts The PersonThe ideal QS will be able to gel with the existing team and hit the ground running in this fast paced project. To be considered, you must hit the following base criteria;5 years+ experience in quantity surveying working on MEP work packagesFamiliarity with contract management, ideally JCT or NECStrong Analytical and Numerical SkillFlexible approach to accommodate the demands of an expanding company The business are well respected in their field and have a very healthy pipeline.
