Behaviour Mentor
Location: Bromley & Surrounding Areas | Full-Time

Are you a resilient and passionate individual with experience supporting young people? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to work in mainstream secondary schools across Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, and surrounding parts of Southeast London.

With immediate start dates available, we offer both long-term placements and flexible daily supply work to suit your availability.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with behavioural and emotional needs

• Implement tailored behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques

• Build trusted relationships that help students re-engage with learning

• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create a positive school experience

What we''re looking for:

• Experience working with children or young people in any setting (e.g. school, youth services, care)

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• The right to work in the UK
