Responsibilities: - The care and supervision of the children with regard to their physical, emotional and intellectual needs. - Working with the Early Years Practitioners on planning and preparation of activities, to meet children''s individual needs, liaising with parents and negotiating working targets ensuring effective communication within the nursery. - Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times. - Provide engaging and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age and stage of development - Assist with the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage frame
