The Role You ll be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across the FMCG space, leveraging your professional experience to build lasting relationships and deliver results. Key responsibilities include: •Developing business through marketing, competitor analysis, and lead generation. •Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships. •Managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting. •Selling retained recruitment solutions with confidence and credibility. •Headhunting and engaging senior-level talent. •Advising clients
