RSW are looking for Production Operatives for their client, a specialist manufacturer based in Newbridge. -Full training will be provided.

Main Purpose of Role

Contribute to the assembly of products throughout the production area, ensuring they meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Standard Working Procedures
• Comply with all relevant Health and Safety practices
• Undertake necessary actvities to ensure work place organisation
• Achieve expected output and quality targets
• Adhere to ESD procedures at all times
• Undertake training when required, within any section of the production area
• Train to work in line with IPC standards (soldering)
• Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
• Any other duties deemed necessary

Essential Skills

• Adequate numeracy and literacy skills-
• Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment-

Salary

-25500k plus pension, cashplan healthcare and Death in Service 6x salary.

Working Hours:

06.45am until 5pm Monday to Thursday
