Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver AI and machine learning solutions using modern data science techniques.Lead technical design and architecture discussions.Manage and mentor small teams of Data Scientists.Develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models.Engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to business development initiatives.Provide thought leadership through industry engagement and innovation. RequirementsStrong Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-Learn and Spark experience.Experience delivering real-world AI and machine learning systems.Understanding of statistics and machine learning methodologies.Experience with cloud platforms and large-scale data environments.Knowledge of LLMs, evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering and RAG architectures is advantageous.Strong leadership, stakeholder management and Agile delivery experience.Previous consulting or financial services experience preferred.
