The Role As a Construction Project Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Project Managers and wider construction team. Assisting with the coordination and administration of construction projects from start to completion. Maintaining project files, records, spreadsheets, and documentation. Preparing and distributing project-related paperwork and reports. Updating project schedules, trackers, and databases. Raising purchase orders and assisting with invoice and payment administration. Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams. Assisting with the organisation of meetings, site visits, and project-related appointments.
