Need candidates Start ASAP in November 2025. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL and Data migration experience. A chance to work with a leading global IT and Digital transformation business on the delivery of a complex cloud solution programme for a Government client. Hybrid Working: remote (WFH), and Leeds week working on-site in when required Leeds office. Key Responsibilities and Experience: Lead QA activities with strong hands-on experience in ETL testing and data migration. Work within an Agile environment and a rainbow team structure, ensuring collaboration across multiple squads. Apply estimation techniques and adhere to established quality processes throughout testing phases. Design, review, and execute test cases, ensuring complete coverage and alignment with requirements. Create and manage test data, estimate execution timelines, and proactively identify and discuss test issues. Maintain a requirements traceability matrix (RTM) to ensure end-to-end coverage. Manage defect logging, triage, and resolution, conducting regular show and tell sessions. Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy across all squads, ensuring consistent test standards.
