SUBCONTRACTOR REQUIRED - DOMESTIC GAS SERVICE & REPAIR ENGINEER

Regen Solutions is looking for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to carry out servicing, repairs and call-outs across social housing properties in the PO postcode area.
Requirements:

• 
  Minimum 5 years'' experience in domestic gas servicing and repairs.
• 
  Must hold full ACS qualifications, including CKR1.
• 
  Valid Gas Safe registration.
• 
  Experience working in social housing is essential.
• 
  Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across domestic boilers and heating systems.
• 
  Available to carry out reactive repairs and call-outs.
• 
  Must have your own vehicle and tools.
• 
  Reliable, professional and able to work independently.

Role Responsibilities:

• 
  Carry out domestic gas servicing and safety checks.
• 
  Diagnose and repair boiler and heating system faults.
• 
  Carry out gas cooker-related work where required.
• 
  Respond to reactive maintenance requests and call-outs.
• 
  Work professionally within occupied social housing properties.
