This role will act as a strategic finance business partner to the council''s housing companies, playing a key role in financial planning, investment appraisal, capital programme management and long-term financial sustainability. About the Role You will support the finance team responsible for housing development, investment and capital programmes across the council''s housing companies. The position requires a commercially minded finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience within local government, housing, development, property or capital finance environments. Working closely with senior stakeholders, directors and company boards, you will provide financial insight and strategic advice to support business-critical decisions.
