Responsibilities

As a Dental Nurse, you’ll play a key role looking after every patient and supporting your dentist.

Work with Private, NHS and UDA treatments; understand GDC and regulatory responsibilities; uphold high standards for the team and patients.

Qualifications and Expectations

Be a

Qualified Dental Nurse

with relevant live or pending GDC registration.

Passionate about delivering excellent patient care at all times.

Work with clinical freedom to choose the right solution for each patient.

Value teamwork within the surgery and support dentists effectively.

Demonstrate excellent organizational and influencing skills to support care delivery and practice performance goals.

Understand Private and NHS dentistry and how to present treatment options to patients.

Share knowledge and mentor Trainee/Apprentice Nurses; buddy inductees and provide support.

Demonstrate a full understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities.

Commit to ongoing CPD and professional development.
