Responsibilities

Integrate telecom systems onto the Bondio platform, ensuring seamless interaction with existing infrastructure.

Evaluate REST APIs from telecom partners to determine compatibility with Bondio systems and assess their ability to meet business requirements.

Collaborate with the product team to gather and clarify project requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions, including technical design, code implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

Resolve customer queries and technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions when needed.

Participate in on-call support duties as required, ensuring critical issues are addressed quickly and effectively.

Improve the technical architecture of the platform, implementing changes to enhance scalability, flexibility, and robustness.

Ensure high code quality, following best practices and maintaining a clean, well-documented codebase.

Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic.

Build reusable and modular backend components, promoting code reusability, maintainability, and scalability.

Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables and a smooth user experience.

Stay up-to-date with emerging web development trends, frameworks, and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to enhance development processes.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance team productivity and product quality.

RequirementsBackend : NodeJs, Typescript, Mysql, AWS

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Proficiency in backend technologies, with hands-on experience.

A strong ability to design, code, test, and maintain applications, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.

Experience with building customer-facing APIs, with a focus on user-centric development and high-availability architectures.

Comfort working with tight deadlines and delivering high-impact projects with efficiency and precision.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A collaborative mindset and experience working in remote-first teams, where self-direction, responsibility, and communication are key to success.

A passion for solving problems and an ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues quickly.

A business-focused approach to software development, always keeping customer needs and project goals at the forefront.

A sharp eye for detail, especially when it comes to error handling, UX implementation, and ensuring a flawless user experience.

A growth mindset, always eager to learn new technologies, improve your skills, and stay ahead of the curve in the software development space.

Competitive Salary: £60,000–£100,000 depending on experience.
