Salary: From 31,176.63 + 5% SLA Job Purpose: To assist in the delivery of an effective national water hygiene service to ensure City Facilities Management (UK) Ltd meets its statutory responsibilities and provides safe working environments for employees, clients and those affected by our undertaking. Key Accountabilities To work with Water Hygiene Team ensuring all checks are completed within the required timescales To represent the company in a professional manner at all times and develop a good working relationship with the City and colleagues To attend training courses as and where necessary and to ensure personal job skills are kept up to date with current Legislation. To work with City and colleagues to ensure laid-down standards of quality are maintained at all times. At all times ensure priority is given for the Health and Safety of colleagues, contractors and members of the public whilst carrying out job related tasks. Adhere to all City FM and company policy and processes. On arrival to communicate with site management explaining reason for visit and work to be carried out. Carry out bi-annual review of Stores Carry out and complete Retail site specific Legionella Control Measure audits and reports. Audit Sec 5 of the Compliance folder.
