Our client, a reputable nationwide fleet maintenance company, is seeking a skilled Mobile Vehicle Technician to join their expanding team.

This Mobile Vehicle Technician role primarily covers the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Berkshire regions (M25 West Bound), providing an excellent opportunity for experienced technicians looking to specialise in mobile and fleet repairs.

Duties of the Mobile Vehicle Technician:

• Conduct roadside assistance and fleet maintenance across assigned region
• Perform repairs, servicing, and inspections on various vehicle makes, including diesel particulate filters (DPF)
• Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and efficiently
• Utilise hand and power tools for repairs and installations
• Maintain precise records of all work completed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as a-Mobile Vehicle Technician
• Support team operational efficiency through collaboration
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members where applicable

Requirements:

• Significant "time served" experience as a Vehicle Technician (formal qualifications are preferred but not mandatory)
• Mobile or roadside repair experience advantageous
• Familiarity with DPF systems and working on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles is highly desirable
• Hold a clean UK driving licence with minimal points
• Possess your own tools and demonstrate reliability and motivation
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and team spirit
