About the Role This role brings together research and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) to strengthen Turn2us''s evidence base and improve how we design and deliver our services. Working closely with the Research and Learning Manager and the wider Insight and Impact team, the postholder will support projects that deepen our understanding of financial insecurity and its intersections with inequality. The role involves collecting and analysing data, synthesising evidence, and contributing to impact reporting, while ensuring that the voices and experiences of people facing financial hardship are central to our work.
