Production Operative

Monday-Thursday (4 days a week with overtime available)
Shift Times: 06:00am - 18:00pm Pay Rate: -12.71 per hour

The Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Production Operative to support the Production Operations team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.

You will support all areas of the recycling process, including:

• Loading and unloading materials
• Machine operation and support
• Updating computer systems
• Quality sampling
• General housekeeping duties
• Assisting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and process improvements

• Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to work across multiple operational areas
• Ability to work 12 hour shifts

• Positive, proactive, and self-motivated approach
• Strong commitment to health & safety
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Excellent attendance and timekeeping
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Flexible approach to rotating day and night shifts
• Team player with a can-do attitude and sense of urgency
