About the Role:

• The role has a mix of Supernumery duties and working on the homes nursing floor as required.
• To manage the nursing care and support to 41 residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life.
• To provide professional leadership and support to the staff.
• To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties.
