Structure transactions across a wide spectrum, from real estate and auto finance to fintech lending, media revenue streams, crypto, and litigation funding.Take deals from initial structuring and term sheet through to closing, with significant client ownership and responsibility.Collaborate across corporate, regulatory, tax, and restructuring to deliver solutions that competitors can’t replicate.Build relationships with sophisticated private credit funds and specialist finance providers.Qualifications and Experience

Around 8–9 PQE (flexible for the right profile).Strong technical skills, a commercial edge, and the drive to develop their own network alongside the firm.Employment Details
