This role involves the safe and timely delivery of goods while providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities Safely operate a HGV C1 vehicle in compliance with all road and safety regulationsTrunk and delivery of stock to distribution sitesLoad and unload goods where requiredPerform daily vehicle checks and report any defectsEnsure accurate completion of delivery paperworkProvide a professional and friendly service to customers Requirements You must have a UK driving Class 1 licence along with a valid driver s CPC DQ card / valid drivers digital cardPrevious commercial driving experience in a class 1 vehiclePrevious experience and understanding of using digital tachographsGood people skills and some previous experience in a customer facing roleUnderstanding of EU Driving legislation and tachograph lawDesirable experience of using a PDAPlease note that for insurance purposes you should be aged 21 years or over.
