You will work on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:- Advising on day-to-day HR issues, disciplinary and grievance matters- Employment Tribunal litigation- Redundancies and restructuring- Employment aspects of corporate transactions- Drafting employment contracts, policies, and handbooks- TUPE transfers and business reorganisations- You will work directly with senior partners and have the opportunity to develop your own client relationships and profile within the market.About You: - A qualified solicitor in England and Wales at NQ-2 years PQE in employment law- Commercially astute with strong technical and communication skills- Able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team- Proactive, with a commitment to client service and professional development- Experience in business development or an appetite to get involved in client-facing activity will be viewed favourably.T
