Process Engineer

Working Location: Hampshire (5 days on site)

This position sits within a site-based engineering team, supporting plant performance, process design, and project delivery across an operational gas facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support process design and FEED / detailed design activities
• Work on plant modifications and small projects
• Troubleshoot plant issues and support root cause analysis (RCA)
• Support compression, storage, and energy systems
• Monitor plant performance and identify improvements
• Support commissioning and shutdown activities

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
• Approximately 2-4 years of experience in the energy, gas, or process industry
• Exposure to process design, FEED, or plant modifications
• Experience supporting operations or process improvements
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
• Comfortable working on-site in an operational environment
• Full UK right to work (no visa sponsorship)
