We are seeking to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide outstanding commercial and financial leadership across the institution. A key part of our newly appointed Vice-Chancellor’s Executive Team, the successful candidate will be an exceptional leader with significant strategic and operational experience gained at a senior level. Energetic, innovative and entrepreneurial, they will have the intellectual agility to take advantage of emerging opportunities in support of the University’s ambitious plans for growth and development.An empathy and alignment with the mission and values of Oxford Brookes will be critical, as will outstanding diplomacy, communication and relationship building skills to engage and influence across multiple internal and external stakeholders.The higher education sector is facing a period of unprecedented change and opportunity, making the role of CFO more important than ever.
