Your Impact

Identifying how a client’s architecture fits together and providing strategic and technical adviceUnderstanding business and technical requirements and translating these into technical solutionsAnalysing business processes and identifying alternative solutions, assessing feasibility and recommending new approaches typically seeking to exploit new technology components.Modelling processes, architecture, data structures and information required to support Publicis Sapient and their clients’ projectsLeading the review and creation of an information systems strategyDeveloping enterprise-grade architecture and processes which truly utilise and realise the value of salesforce.com application technologyEnsuring both business strategy and technological direction is alignedTaking a collaborative role in developing and enforcing Publicis Sapient set of architecture and development libraries and whitepapersSetting standards for programming tools and techniques and advise on their application and complianceSupporting project managers in all stages of the software development processAssigning work through the correct communication channels to technical consultants and monitor performance providing advice, guidance and assistance

Qualifications

Experience of working as an architect on at least one significant Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation, working closely with the building of the technical solution

Extensive experience working as a Salesforce Technical Architect with large size customers in the Consumer Goods or B2B space including solving Enterprise Architectural challenges using Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud as well as others like Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Clouds.Up to date knowledge and understanding of Salesforce product suite and how they can fit together to provide solutions to client’s business problemsComfortable advising, mentoring, educating and influencing diverse teams on topics including Data Management, Integration, Security, Application Design as they relate to the Salesforce PlatformDemonstrable senior stakeholder management skills and experienceProven aptitude to rapidly learn new technologiesExcellent interpersonal and communications skillsSolid presentation and facilitation skillsProven leadership and consulting skills to build trust relationship with customersAbility to lead a range of workshops e.g. Discovery, Solution Design and DeliveryCertified Application Architect and/or Certified System ArchitectHands-on delivery skillsAble to mentor talented individuals as part of a defined career frameworkEagerness to co-define and deliver advisory sessions for strategic initiativesHelp towards the development of the practice and build reusable frameworksAbility to work independently and as part of a distributed team and a willingness to take ownership of problemsBachelor s degree in a technical or business management field
