Recently crowned Large Housebuilder of the Year at the Housebuilder Awards, they are entering the next phase of a major joint venture and are seeking a driven Technical Coordinator to join their growing team.
The RoleBased out of the company''s Ealing office, you\''ll play a key role in coordinating the technical delivery of the next phase of a major residential-led development in Bracknell - a mixed-use scheme comprising 169 units (RC frame up to 17 storeys) and 3 commercial units.
As Technical Coordinator, you\''ll work closely with internal departments, consultants, and site teams to manage design delivery from planning through to construction, ensuring technical information is accurate, timely, and aligned with the project''s goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all technical information for the project lifecycle
Liaise with external consultants, engineers, and local authorities
Monitor design progress and ensure it aligns with planning and build requirements
Work closely with commercial, planning, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Attend regular site visits in Bracknell to support on-site teams and resolve technical issues
Ensure technical packages are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
What We''re Looking For
Proven experience in a Technical Coordinator role within residential development or main contracting
Understanding of RC frame construction and mixed-use schemes
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with building regulations, planning legislation, and NHBC standards
A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail
Degree or HNC/HND in a construction-related discipline is desirable
Package and Benefits
Salary up to £80,000 (DOE)
£6,500 Car Allowance or Company Car
15% Performance Bonus (paid as 7.5% twice yearly)
