Known for its supportive, people-first culture in the firms Bromsgrove.The RoleThe successful Conveyancing Legal Secretary will support the Residential Property team, working closely with senior lawyers and colleagues across multiple offices. The role involves providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth progression of residential conveyancing matters.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging file opening and closing proceduresDrafting correspondence and legal documentationHandling conveyancing administrative tasks from instruction through to post-completionSubmitting Land Registry applications and Stamp Duty returnsSupporting post-completion processes in line with compliance requirementsMaintaining high standards of client care and communicationAssisting with file management and progression of transactionsRequirementsPrevious experience as a Legal Secretary is preferred, ideally within residential propertyAlternatively, experience in a fast-paced administrative or secretarial roleStrong communication skills and attention to detailHigh level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to manage workload efficiently and prioritise tasksSalary and Benefits25 days'' annual leave, plus bank holidays and additional Christmas closure daysHealthcare benefit schemeEmployee Assistance Programme with ..... full job details .....
