These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including frontend (React) and backend (Node.js or equivalent).Collaborate closely with the product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.Optimize application performance and scalability for high-demand DeFi use cases.Participate in the design and architecture of smart contracts to ensure smooth integration with blockchain technology.Conduct code reviews and testing to maintain high code quality and security standards.Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain, DeFi, and fullstack development.Job responsibilities

Act as an outsourced accounting and operations officer for our DAO clientsProvide outsourced accounting workAssist with Grant ManagementComplete KYC and Due Diligence on grant proposalsProduce and track fee proposals for client service enquiriesTake ownership for client onboarding, ensuring all due diligence and KYC procedures are adhered to at the highest standard of complianceProduce monthly reports, articles and presentations as requiredMaintain excellent working relationships with all service providers within the financial services industryOther duties as required by Directors from time to time
