Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk Basic salary £28,000 to £30,000 depending on relevant experience, plus bonuses and year-end profit share. Realistic on target earnings of £32,000. Working Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. The successful candidate who fulfills this varied role will spend much of each working day visiting properties to undertake various tasks which include the production of condition inspections to ensure they remain in good condition, produce reports to evidence and dispatch to the relevant landlord. Re-visiting the properties midway through an active tenancy to check on the condition, produce a brief report and then dispatch this to the relevant landlord concerned. Discussing with the tenants in occupation any maintenance-based issues that may be evident. Where relevant, liaising with our Property Managers to ensure maintenance based issues are resolved.
