No requirement to be in office on regular basis just as and when required (no more than 2 days per week, and sometimes weeks without needing to be on site) The Council''s Corporate Landlord Service is responsible for managing all Council land and building assets with the exception of our Council Housing stock. The Property Partner role is one that leads in providing technical knowledge and support in the management of the Council''s operational property estate which covers all assets used by or on behalf of the Council to deliver its Services. You will be responsible developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with Services to develop Service Asset Management Plans that identify requirements for assets and for leading on implementing any resulting changes to the portfolio. What will I be doing? You will be one of 5 Property Partners within the Corporate Landlord Asset Strategy Team whose purpose is to form a strategic link between Property and Lead Officers representing Services using Council assets for service delivery. You will adopt a lead role in advising on all aspects of property asset management in order to maximise property performance through rationalisation and cost reduction while facilitating / maintaining service delivery in the most cost effective manner.
