Employing around 350 people across several UK locations, this is a successful independent business with ambitious growth plans and a culture built on trust, long-term relationships and practical leadership. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working as part of the Senior Leadership Team, you''ll play a key role in shaping the organisation''s people strategy whilst ensuring the culture that has underpinned its success continues to thrive.
