This is a hybrid role, with employees working three days per week in the office and two days from home. The organisation operates within a specialist insurance environment and offers a collaborative, professional culture with excellent opportunities for long-term career development.Your New RoleYou will join a busy and evolving finance function, supporting a broad range of management accounting, financial reporting, compliance and business partnering activities. This is a varied position that will suit an ambitious, part-qualified accountant looking to further develop their technical accounting skills whilst gaining exposure to regulatory reporting, statutory accounts and commercial finance responsibilities.Key Responsibilities Will Include:Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary.Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.Completing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining financial records.Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts and year-end reporting.Supporting internal and external audit processes.Preparing VAT returns and assisting with tax compliance activities.Supporting regulatory reporting requirements within a regulated environment.Producing financial analysis and insights to support business ..... full job details .....
