Desian Education is proud to be working in partnership with a St Helens primary school to recruit a compassionateand dedicated SEND EYFS Teaching Assistant to join their specialist EYFS SEND Hub.This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young learners with additional needs, helping them thrive at the earliest stages of their educational journey.This is a full-time role supporting Monday to Friday 8.30am-3.30pm.About the RoleYou will be working within a purpose-built EYFS SEND hub, supporting children with a range of special educational needs including ASD, communication difficulties, and developmental delay. Your role will include:Providing tailored 1:1 and small group supportImplementing individual learning and behaviour plansPromoting communication, language development, and playSupporting with personal care where requiredCollaborating with the class teacher, SENDCo, and wider teamCreating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environmentAbout YouWe are looking for someone who is:Patient, caring, and resilientExperienced (or confident) in supporting children with SEND, particularly in EYFSKnowledgeable about early years development and EYFS curriculumA team player with excellent communication skillsCommitted to safeguarding and promoting pupil well-beingAn enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to get one)Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent) are desirable, and experience working w
