You''ll be responsible for completing work to the required standard, keeping records up to date and reporting any issues that need further attention.The role will involve:Completing scheduled PPM visits and responding to maintenance requests.Testing, maintaining and repairing fire alarm systems and emergency lighting.Diagnosing electrical faults and carrying out remedial work.Maintaining commercial equipment, including ovens, dishwashers, microwaves and other electrical or mechanical plant.Undertaking general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, door repairs and flooring.Identifying equipment faults that require specialist repairs or replacement.Updating job records and ensuring all work is completed safely and within agreed timescales.What you''ll need:NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance, City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 and 2, or an equivalent qualification.18th Edition Wiring Regulations.AM2 and 2391.Full UK driving licence.Experience in commercial electrical maintenance, including planned and reactive work.The ability to work independently and ..... full job details .....
