We''re particularly interested in candidates who have experience supporting Terms and Conditions changes, employee consultations, and wider HR projects. Key Responsibilities Provide first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees. Support and coordinate organisational change initiatives, including Terms and Conditions (TandC) changes and employee consultations. Manage employee relations cases, including absence management, performance, disciplinary, and grievance matters. Assist with the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment legislation. Produce HR reports and support HR projects as required. What We''re Looking For Proven experience in a Senior HR Assistant, HR Advisor, or similar HR generalist role.
