Menswear Designer – Jersey -SupplyLocation: East LondonSalary to £45K + Bens + business profit performance + Hybrid working after probation

Adding to a design team can be key to a designs team dynamic especially when you are looking for experience. In this case our client , who have expanded two fold in as many years and have hit target for the last 4 years winning new business consistently too , will be looking to secure a Menswear Jersey designer into a Menswear design team of 15 (also boys is covered ) .With a track record working in high street Menswear this designer will on and with the team across fast fashion retailers and supermarket accounts across the world . They will be key in buyers meeting helping the retailer see the key trends for the seasons and guiding them. You will be key to the dynamic in the team with Juniors looking up to you for guidance but a design manager and other senior designers looking for your support. Hybrid work can be discussed but only after a 3 month probation.

MUST HAVES TO BE SHORTLISTED

Recent and solid experience working within UK high street supply or a high street retailer designing jersey product.Happy and experience to work across all levels of high street retailersSolid knowledge of fabrics and trimsSolid experience attending buyers meeting, trend researching, developing ranges to sellExperience working with overseas factoriesSolid experience (illustrator / Photoshop)London based (or very commutable, 45 min to an hour to East London) and eligible to work in the UK for over 5 years
