This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mechanical maintenance professional to join a stable site and play a key role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of production equipment.Job RoleAs a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across a busy manufacturing environment. You will be working on a range of mechanical production machinery and site equipment, diagnosing faults and ensuring equipment is maintained to a high standard.The role will involve mechanical fault finding, planned preventative maintenance, breakdown response and supporting continuous improvement across the site.Non-Negotiable Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:Completed a recognised Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.Strong mechanical maintenance experience within a manufacturing, industrial or automated environment.Experience with mechanical fault finding and maintenance of industrial machinery.Comfortable working a days-based shift pattern.Able to work independently and respond effectively to breakdowns.Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:Experience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.Strong mechanical fault-finding skills.Experience working with bearings, ..... full job details .....
