GCSE Maths & Functional Skills Tutor - Chester

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a dedicated Maths Tutor to provide 1:1 support to a learner in Chester.

The successful candidate will support the learner with either GCSE Maths and/or Functional Skills Maths, depending on their individual programme and current level.

Key responsibilities:

Deliver engaging 1:1 Maths tuition
Work towards agreed learning objectives
Identify areas requiring additional support
Build confidence and motivation
Track and encourage progress

We''re looking for:

Previous tutoring or teaching experience
Strong Maths knowledge
Experience supporting secondary-age learners
A flexible and learner-centred approach
Relevant safeguarding/compliance checks
