Operating within a regulated, safety-critical environment, the business delivers complex engineered systems where quality, robustness and validation are critical.This is a newly created role, introduced to provide dedicated leadership to an established Test andamp; Validation function. The Role As Test andamp; Validation Team Lead, you''ll lead a team of six engineers, working in a 50/50 split between hands-on testing and people leadership. The focus is on system-level and whole-product testing, validation and fault finding, rather than upfront design.You''ll take ownership of validation planning, oversee internal and external testing activity, manage test equipment and ensure issues identified through testing are effectively resolved and fed back into the engineering loop.
