We are looking for a Project Administrator to cover 4 weeks leave.

Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm

Pay -1415.50 depending on experiences

Duties

General Admin duties

Updating CRM

Processing invoice for payment

Creating and updating organisational chart

Stationary and stock control

Minute taking from meeting

Getting meeting rooms ready

Requirements

Good Communication skills

Computer Literate MS/Excel

Minute taking
