Working closely with engineers, customers and internal departments, they will be responsible for scheduling work, managing customer enquiries and ensuring service jobs are completed efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning, booking and scheduling work for field-based and workshop engineers.Coordinating engineer diaries to maximise efficiency and meet customer requirements.Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.Managing inbound and outbound communications with customers and engineers.Resolving customer queries and providing regular updates on service requests.Booking travel and accommodation for engineers when required.Processing service documentation and maintaining accurate records on internal systems.Updating CRM and service management systems to ensure information is accurate and up to date.Raising invoices and supporting the administration of completed ..... full job details .....
