No1 Site Manager, Bridgwater, Somerset
  
Salary £50-£60k per annum depending on experience, plus car allowance and company benefits  
  
Role: Lovely role for a No1 Site Manager to make their mark on a brand-new site in Bridgwater building a £2m new build commercial industrial scheme over two buildings for a regional main contractor.  This is a lead site manager role, working under a visiting Contracts Manager the Site Manager will be required to oversee direct and subcontract labour, site health and safety, client liaison, programming and checking quality of works carried out. 
  
Candidate: Will have a proven track record of delivering similar size projects for a main contractor in the commercial sector. Candidate could come from a trade background or have a relevant construction qualification. The candidate will need a valid CSCS Card, First aid and SMSTS. The candidate will need to live with an easy commute of Bridgwater and be accessible to the M5 for future pipeline of works once this project completes.
